Indian cuisine is rich variety of flavors, textures and aromas from the diverse culinary traditions of the subcontinent. With its detailed blend of spices, aromatic, and other ingredients, Indian food has become a staple of global cuisine. Some of the most popular regional cuisines include:

Biryani is a mixed rice dish  popular in south India, it is made with rice, meat like chicken, goat , beef or seafood like fish prawns and  spices. To cater to vegetarians, vegetables can be substituted for the meat or seafoodSometimes egg or papad are also added. 

Biryani is one of the most popular dishes among the south India Similar dishes are also prepared in Thalassery, Hyderabadi, calicut biryani. As well as this food one of the favorite dish espicially, A flavorful rice dish made with aromatic spices, basmati rice, and marinated meat or vegetables.

-Thalassery biryani- A popular version from thalassery,kerala known for its unique blend of spices and flavourful meat or seafood.


Desserts

Indian cuisine offers a wide range of delicious desserts. Dessert consist of varition of tatstes, textures and appearence. In indian festival like diwali, holi,janmashtami and dussehra etc. Lots of sweet desert like mysore pak , jangri, payasam, ladoo are share to the neighbours and cousins.They are key part of festival and celebration, and often offered to gods in temples. Every Indian people share this dessert in special event or festivals.

- Gulab Jamun: Deep-fried dumplings soaked in a sweet, syrupy sauce flavored with rosewater and cardamom.
- Jalebi: Crunchy, fermented batter fried and soaked in a sweet syrup.

-halwa: Rich, creamy pudding made with semolina, wheat, or lentils.

A milk shakes is a sweet beverage made by blending milk, ice cream , and flavoring or sweet- eners such as butterscotch, caramel, chocolate or fruit syrup into a thick, sweet ,cold mixture. it may also be made using a base made from non- dairy products including plant milks such as almond milk, coconut milk soy milk.dry ingredients such as whole, nuts, seed, candy,or cookies.

Dosa
Dosa is a staple food in South Indian cuisine, particularly in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. It's a favorite breakfast food, but it's also commonly eaten for lunch, dinner, or even as a snack. Dosa is a fermented crepe made from rice and lentil batter. The batter is allowed to ferment overnight, which gives the dosa its characteristic sour taste and spongy texture.

As well as momos have steamed and fried momos are famous in south India.And the combination of this food  is tomato sauce, chilly sauce, and mayonnise with french fries. Regional food like vada pav its another type of indian sandwich to filled with fried doughnut and bun .Also the kachoris it is another favorite food and it is crispy fried bread and filled the potatos and mixtures.
